Ticketing – Event Website

The EventsXD ticketing feature enables prospective attendees to purchase tickets from a public event website, hosted by EventsXD. From the EventsXD ticketing website landing page, search for and select an event. You will be redirected to the custom site for that event.

 Purchasing Tickets



On the Buy page, enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each ticket type available, then click the ‘Checkout’ button.

Note: You must be signed in to purchase your ticket.  You will be redirected to the create account/sign-in page. The account created here is the same account you will use when accessing the EventsXD app (downloadable through all app stores).

Attendee first name, last name and email address will be required for each ticket ordered, as well as any designated questions created by your event admin.  Click 'Payment' next.

You will be presented with a purchase screen so that you may enter your credit card information and review your order. If the order is correct, click the ‘Place Order’ button to finalize the order.

Event Attendee:

The availability and approval and/or denial of refunds is solely at the discretion of the Event Owner and/or Event Admin for the event in which you are purchasing tickets.

Event Owner and/or Event Admin:

The availability and approval and/or denial of refunds is solely at the discretion of the Event Owner and/or Event Admin. When a ticket is initially purchased, the Event (Owner/Admin) is charged an EventsXD charge of 2.5% (with a maximum of $8.99) per ticket and a credit card processing fee of 2.9%+.30 per transaction. If an attendee is granted a refund, they will receive a full refund of the purchase price, the Event (Owner/Admin) will receive a refund of the credit card processing fee, but the Event (Owner/Admin) will not be refunded the EventsXD charge of 2.5%(up to $8.99) per ticket.

Please note that if you decline our terms and conditions and refund policy, you will be unable to purchase tickets through EventsXD and will need to contact your event organizer directly.

Assign Tickets

After your order has been processed you will be given an opportunity to assign the tickets to individual attendees. Click the ‘Assign Tickets’ button if you wish to update attendee information.

Clicking the ‘Assign Tickets’ button takes you to the Orders screen. You can also access this screen by clicking the dropdown menu under your user name and clicking the ‘Orders’ menu item.


To update attendee information, click the value in the ‘Order Number’ column of the Orders grid. You will navigate to a list of attendees associated with the order. Update the attendee information as needed and click the ‘Save’ button to submit your changes.  The newly assigned attendees will receive an email letting them know the ticket has been assigned and a link to the event website.

You can come back to the attendee list at any time by selecting the ‘Orders’ menu item in the dropdown menu under your user name.


Retrieving & Assigning Your Ticket(s)

Attendees can download their ticket and/or print for quick and easy check-in at the event. You can also update your checkout question answers if allowed by your event admin.  Ticket holders can update answers under 'Tickets' and the person who ordered the tickets can update order level questions under 'Orders'.

Visit www2.eventsxd.com and click ‘Tickets’ in the dropdown menu under your user name.  From here you can click ‘Detail’ next to your ticket to

  • View your event ticket
  • Click ‘download’ to print
  • Update/edit event checkout questions (if permitted)
