Reports - Ticketing and Checkout Questions 

The Reports tab offers in-depth information on your ticketing sales and revenue.  In addition, event admins can download the report on all checkout questions answered by attendees during the ticket order process. 

Begin by choosing the correct date filter for report

    • Today
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 30 days
    • All
    • Custom



The bar chart and the report grid will populate with your event data

  • Date
  • Tickets
    • Includes total tickets sold for each day
  • Total Sales
    • Includes gross total sales for each day
  • Discounts
    • Includes total amount of discounts processed for each day
  • Credit Card Processing Fees
    • Includes total credit card processing fees excluding any refunded tickets
  • EventsXD Fees (not refundable)
    • Includes total EventsXD processing fees including any refunded tickets
  • Refunds
    • Includes total amount refunded to customers for each day
  • Total Revenue
    • Total Revenue = Total Sales - Discounts - Credit Card Processing Fees - EventsXD Fees - Refunds



Select the Export button to export your checkout questions into a CSV file.  You will be able to view, share and filter your data as needed.
